“And Yahweh answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tablets, that he may run that readeth it.” (Habakkuk 2:2)

When God created the world and the man, did so guided by his unique and inimitable creative ability. He first had a vision of what lay in creating, and this vision served him as a roadmap to implement the purpose of his heart. Similarly, to make us His image and likeness, the Lord has given us a creative ability, which only become effective something for our lives and our work within the Church, to the extent that we dare to be visionary.

The vision determines everything. On the way to success and through the biblical story, we see that God, in bringing to end His purposes, choose a man which reveals His will, gives you his plans and then some people who identify with when he decided support you in all that initiates, becoming the force that drives the vision.

Today, that vision that we speak, the Cellular Vision, is nothing more than win Brazil and the world for Christ through the cellular system and model of the twelve, that is, making each church member a leader able to reproduce the work of God. And how? As Jesus taught the word of God (Matthew 9:10) and operated healing in houses (Matthew 9:23-24), the Cellular Vision uses cells to evangelize. These cells are nothing more than small groups of people who meet at least once a week, with the aim of developing an integrated growth centered in the Word of God. The success of the church is in the cells, which allow for grazing from person to person, the establishment of the twelve, besides being a way to meet the needs of each.

The Vision is achieved using a process called the ladder of success: Winning, Consolidate, Disciple and Send. That is, growth happens when the church leaders, hosts and participants of the cells are committed to win lives, and retain these fruits built them so they are also sent. The Cellular Vision is, in itself, a strategy that brings success to the church, reaching the multiplication.

The El Shaddai, as well as all other churches included in the Cellular Vision, are designed to help those who are no prospects in life, rescuing them and taking the word of God, that is life. The cells and the direct contact with the disciples generates many testimonies of transformation, and leaders willing to continue the work of God. That is our greatest joy.
